Customer Care
At FastHeal Online Pharmacy, patient safety is our highest priority. All medicines supplied through our website are dispensed and checked by qualified pharmacy professionals in accordance with UK pharmacy regulations and clinical guidelines.
Prescription Medicines
Prescription-only medicines (POMs) are only supplied following an appropriate clinical assessment by one of our prescribers or upon receipt of a valid prescription issued by another authorised healthcare professional.
Where appropriate, additional information may be requested before a prescription can be approved.
Online Consultations
Some treatments require completion of an online medical questionnaire before a medicine can be prescribed.
Our prescribers carefully review every consultation to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate. We may:
- Decline to prescribe if we believe it is not clinically appropriate.
- Request further information.
- Recommend an alternative treatment.
Pharmacy Medicines (P Medicines)
Some medicines available through our website require approval by a pharmacist before they can be supplied.
Our pharmacists may contact you if additional information is needed to ensure the medicine is suitable for you.
Clinical Safety
Before supplying medicines, we consider factors such as:
- Potential interactions
- Allergies
- Medical history
- Current medications
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (where relevant)
- Clinical suitability
Our pharmacists and prescribers reserve the right to refuse the supply of any medicine if they believe it would not be safe or appropriate.
